Dear Kathy,
I just wanted to drop you a line and formally thank you again for your help and the help of the New York Celebrity Assistants. Once again you pulled through to help me keep on top of the game for my clients.
As you know, we do personal service staffing of some of the most prosperous and demanding homes in the world. A majority of our clients are celebrities with the complicated lives that notoriety brings. Our searches are seldom easy. In fact, often our clients have needs and desires that are very out of the ordinary. It has been invaluable to be able to tap you, Bonnie Kramen, and other members on the shoulder for referrals and advice on how to meet those needs.
I was described the other day as "magical" in reference to someone being able to pull off some of our tough staffing assignments and I thought to myself that many times my "magic" has been due to knowing NYCA. Whether it has been helping me identify one of your members who could fit in an extra last minute assignment to help our clients while in New York City on business, or knowing the right place to suggest our clients dine in fine, yet discrete surroundings, or having the absolute right fit for our full-time assistant searches, NYCA members have always gone out of their way to help me magically come through. I have also received many openings for household staff from your members such as nannies, butlers, chefs, estate managers and couples that are always appreciated.
As my business grows, I want to acknowledge those who have been instrumental to my success and hope that somehow I can repay their support. So, here is my offer (and I hope you'll take me up on it!) If you have events or fundraisers that I can make my clients aware of-let me know. If there is consulting I can do with your members who are trying to staff their employer's homes-let me know.
